This Sunday we will be celebrating Revives 10 year anniversary 🥺🥰 This event will be by confirmation of attendance only ,so please let us know if you would be for joining the revive team this Sunday . To celebrate 10 amazing years of laughs , successes new beginnings new friendships and memories we will forever treasure ♥️🥰 Location will be Gnejna bay 12 ;30 pm 1.Start with a stretch -(30 min) We will focus on opening the beck ,shoulders and splits some couple acro poses with your friend♥️ 2. Balance workshop (30 min) Focusing on finding your center of gravity in headstands, elbow stands and hand balancing positions. 3. Pole tricks workshop (1hr ) Focusing on beautiful poses and holding them for a longer period of time. 4.Freestyle your soul (1hr) Freestyle to the waves and smooth tunes while taking a video and some pictures in the mean time 😍 sit back and enjoy your friends pole skills and flows 😎 while having a drink and a snack . 5. Pole games (with prizes!) (30/40 min ) 6. Meditation (20 min) Calm and recharge your body and mind 🧘🏼‍♀️ 7 . Paddle board/sup to a secret location 🫣🥰(1hr)
