Learn to perform beautiful choreography, combinations and tricks without using the pole as an apparatus. Very similiar to Acro dance, and Erotic dance. In this class we focus on creating flow and sharp floorwork in heels. Improves stamina, strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and confidence!
